Kitchen: Professional set-up with Gas oven/stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker etc. Wood-fired pizza and bake oven.

Great Room / Dining : Open, spacious, luminous, overlooking lake. Wood stove. Attached patio doors open onto large deck.

Meditation / Sunroom: full-length windows on three sides, radiant-heated slate floor. Perfect for yoga, meditation, music, gatherings, etc.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. Master bathroom with oversized bathtub and bali-stone rain-shower. Second bathroom with combined bathtub and shower.

Office: Located on mezzanine. Wireless internet connection. TV (no cable or dish)

Laundry: Washer/dryer located in heated basement.

Water Supply: Private artesian well, excellent drinking water.

Winter Heating: Heated by wood-fired masonry stove with bake oven, Jotul woodstove and/or electric baseboard. Radiant floors in basement and sunroom. Passive solar design.
